Terms of Service

By placing an order on malalune.com you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not order. We may update these terms; the version in force is the one published when you place your order.

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract forms when we send the dispatch confirmation, not when you receive the order email. We may decline an order if an item is mispriced, out of stock, or if we suspect fraud.

If we decline an order you have already paid for, we refund in full immediately.

All prices are in US dollars. Prices shown exclude US sales tax and any import duty, which are calculated at checkout or on delivery as applicable.

We reserve the right to change prices. The price you pay is the price displayed when the order was placed.

We describe materials accurately and hallmark every piece. Weights are nominal and may vary by up to 5% as each piece is finished by hand. Product images are representative; hand-finished details vary slightly between pieces, which is the nature of handwork.

The returns policy described on our Returns page forms part of these terms. In summary: 30 days, unworn, full refund, except on engraved and made-to-order pieces once production has begun.

Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud.

The MALALUNE name, logo, site design, product designs and written content are our property or used under licence. You may not reproduce them commercially without written permission. You are welcome to quote the symbol guide with attribution.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law rules. Nothing in this clause removes consumer protections you are entitled to under the law of your country of residence.
