Terms of Service

By placing an order on malalune.com, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t order. The terms may be updated; the version that applies to you is the one published when you place your order.

Your order is an offer to purchase. The contract is formed when we send your shipping confirmation, not when you receive the order email. We may decline an order if a product is mispriced, out of stock, or suspected of fraud.

If a paid order is declined, we refund the full amount immediately.

All prices are in US dollars. Listed prices don’t include US sales tax or import duties, which are calculated at checkout or upon delivery.

We reserve the right to change prices. You pay the price shown at the time you place your order.

We describe materials accurately and stamp every piece. Weights are nominal — hand-finished pieces may vary by up to 5%. Product photos are representative; handcrafted details vary slightly from piece to piece. That’s the nature of handwork.

The policies described on our Returns page form part of these terms. In short: 30 days, unworn, full refund — except engraved and made-to-order pieces once work has begun.

Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you actually paid, and we’re not responsible for indirect or consequential losses. Liability that can’t be limited by law (including death or personal injury caused by negligence, and fraud) is unaffected by these terms.

The MALALUNE name, logo, site design, product designs, and written content are owned by us or used under license. Commercial reproduction without written permission isn’t allowed. You’re welcome to quote the Symbol Guide with attribution.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. Nothing here waives consumer protections you’re entitled to under the laws of your country of residence.
