Shipping & delivery

In-stock pieces are dispatched within 1-2 working days. Pieces marked made-to-order require 5-7 working days for production before dispatch. Engraved pieces take slightly longer — the engraving is done by hand.

You will receive a dispatch email with tracking as soon as the parcel leaves the workshop. Until then, the tracking number does not exist yet, so please do not worry if it is not immediately live.

Standard tracked: 5-9 working days to the US, UK, Canada and Australia after dispatch.

Express tracked: 3-5 working days, available at checkout for most destinations.

These are working-day estimates from the carrier. Customs processing can add a few days, particularly for EU and Canadian destinations.

Free standard shipping on orders over $120. Below that, a flat $9.90 to the US, UK, Canada and Australia. Express is calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

Every order carries a tracking number, viewable on our tracking page with your order number and email. Tracking updates can lag by 24-48 hours at each handover between carriers — this is normal and not a sign that the parcel is lost.

US: orders under $800 are generally exempt from duty.

UK: orders under £135 incur no duty; VAT is collected at checkout so nothing is owed on delivery.

Canada and EU: import duty and tax may be charged by your carrier on delivery, based on declared value. This is set by your government, not by us, and we have no ability to waive it. We declare full value on every parcel — under-declaring is illegal and voids insurance.
