In-stock styles ship within 1–2 business days. Styles marked “Made to Order” need 5–7 business days of production before shipping. Engraved pieces take a little longer — engraving is done by hand.
The moment your package leaves us, you’ll get a shipping email with a tracking number. Before then, the tracking number doesn’t exist yet, so don’t worry if you can’t find tracking info early on.
Standard tracked shipping: 2–5 business days from shipment to the US, UK, Canada, and Australia.
Express shipping: 1–3 business days, available at checkout for most destinations.
These are carrier business-day estimates. Customs can add a few days, especially for EU and Canadian destinations.
Standard shipping is free on orders over $120. Below that, it’s a flat $9.90 to the US, UK, Canada, and Australia. Express rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
Every order includes tracking, viewable on our tracking page with your order number and email. Tracking can lag 24–48 hours during carrier handoffs — that’s normal and doesn’t mean your package is lost.
US: orders under $800 are generally duty-free. Sales tax is added at checkout.
UK, EU, Canada and Australia: we ship unpaid-duty (DDU). Any VAT or import duty is billed by the carrier on delivery — nothing is charged at checkout beyond the order total.
Canada and EU: the carrier may collect import duties on delivery based on the declared value. This is set by your government and not something we can waive. All packages are fully declared — under-declaring is illegal and voids insurance.
