Sizing
Get the size right the first time
Sizing is the single biggest reason jewellery gets returned. It takes about two minutes to measure properly — considerably less than a return.
Bracelets
Measure your wrist with a soft tape at the narrowest point, just below the wrist bone. No tape? Wrap a strip of paper around, mark where it meets, and measure the strip flat against a ruler. Add 1cm for a classic fit, 2cm for a relaxed one.

Adjustable styles (the Endless Knot, the Red Thread) are the safe choice if you are ordering as a gift and cannot measure.
Rings
Measure the internal diameter of a ring that already fits you, then match it below. Ring size changes slightly with temperature and time of day — measure in the evening, when fingers are at their largest, and avoid measuring right after exercise.

Necklaces
Chain length is about where the pendant lands on your frame, not an absolute number — the same 18-inch chain sits differently on different people. The useful check is a necklace you already wear well: measure it flat and match it.
