Accessibility Statement

We target WCAG 2.2 Level AA. Accessibility isn’t a compliance exercise for us — a store that sells gifts has to work smoothly for the people receiving them, too.

The entire site uses semantic HTML, with a sound heading hierarchy and landmark structure.

Every interactive control has a visible focus state and an accessible name.

Color contrast for body text and interactive elements meets AA, verified against the actual palette rather than assumed.

All functionality is operable by keyboard alone, including the cart drawer and collection menu.

Form fields all have associated labels; validation errors are announced to screen readers, not just shown visually.

Images have descriptive alt text; decorative images are hidden from assistive technology.

Product pages currently use illustrative renders rather than photographs; real photography is in progress. Alt text describes the jewelry itself rather than the render, so screen reader users get the same information future photos will carry.

The size chart requires horizontal scrolling on narrow screens. It works with a keyboard, but we plan to move to a card layout on small screens.
